Leeza’s Place Ends Relationship with WellMed Charitable Foundation in the Rio Grande Valley

Since opening our doors in January of 2009, it has been our sincere pleasure serving the Rio Grande Valley Caregiving Community. During this time, we’ve been able to provide comfort and care…hope and healing to caregivers of all disease backgrounds and their loved ones through the innovative support programs here at Leeza’s Place. It has been an exciting and exhilarating time and we’re so very honored and blessed to be a part of the community.
We wanted to let you know of some changes happening here at Leeza's Place. Recently, we announced that we will be concluding our relationship with the WellMed Charitable Foundation on January 17th, 2011. After that date, Leeza’s Place will no longer be associated with the WellMed Charitable Foundation. We are proud of our relationship with them and the empowered community of caregivers we’ve built together in the Rio Grande Valley community. Leeza’s Place remains committed to serving caregivers and we will continue to expand our innovative programs and services throughout the country.
Although the partnership is ending and Leeza’s Place programs and services will no longer be offered, the centers will remain open, with WellMed Charitable Foundation providing their own support programs for caregivers. Stay tuned for more information on these exciting new changes.
