Dear Guests of Health First Leeza’s Place:

Since opening our doors in April of 2004, it has been a sincere pleasure for Leeza’s Place to serve the Health First community. During this time, we have been committed to providing free support services, resources and programs for all family caregivers. Through our innovative support programs we have been able to provide comfort, care, hope and healing to more than 30,000 caregivers, guests and their loved ones. It has been a rewarding time and we are so very honored and blessed to have had this unique opportunity.

We want to let you know about some changes on the horizon for us at Health First Leeza’s Place. The Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation and Health First Foundation will end their partnership effective October 17th. After that date, the Leeza’s Place name and brand of programs and services will no longer be associated with Health First.

The Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation is extremely proud of our relationship with Dr. Rosemary Laird and grateful to the entire Health First community for believing and sharing in our mission. We remain committed to serving caregivers and we will continue to operate and expand our other Leeza’s Place caregiver support centers throughout the country.

Although this successful partnership is ending, Health First will continue to provide support programs for caregivers under their own banner and with no interruption of services. The hours of operation will remain the same.
