What a fantastic day it was for the Los Angeles Memory Walk 2005. Team Leeza's Place was spirited and ready to make a difference. My thanks to each and every one of the dedicated walkers who got up early and braved the cool misty morning to express our commitment to all the families struggling with this thief of memories. For all those who have passed, we honor and value each life; for the caregivers whose job is noble and relentless - we are here for you; and for each person who gets the life-changing news that a memory disorder has entered their lives - there is life after diagnosis. This is what Leeza's Place is all about.
